Description
- Gather market and customer information
- Assist in local and regional sales campaign along with our local teams in Vietnam
- Identify sales opportunities and obtain sales leads
- Contact with existing clients and new customers and offer all company’s services
- Negotiate the terms of an agreement and close sales
- Handle customer enquiries
- Work in relation with operations teams to meet customer requirements
- Complete any duties assigned by the company
- Report to management in form of daily updates and proper accurate weekly/monthly report
Requirements
- Experience in forwarding business, Air Freight and Sea Freight operations
- Experience in sales at least 1 year, preferably in forwarding/ shipping/ logistics industry
- Knowledge of local and overseas custom and regulations
- Good written and spoken English and Vietnamese
- Good soft skills: communication, negotiation, problem solving
- Good computer skills
- Sense of responsibility, team work
- Motivated and ambitious
- Willing to learn and develop
- Qualified references from within the industry
