Marketing Specialist (30-40%)



  • Produce and develop marketing campaigns dedicated to Logistics Services from Asia to Central & South America (LATAM).
  • Create marketing contents, circulate to prospect, existing partners, and clients.
  • Work remote part time and support the sales team in Special-Sales Projects.
  • Manage client contacts and coordinate multichannel campaigns.
  • Report to US-based Vice President

Primary Responsibilities

  • Be responsible for the “M+R” marketing campaigns along with outreaches to partners and clients in Central & South America.
  • Develop a long-term marketing strategy and create a brand visibility with existing and new partners.
  • Identify potential target groups to tailor future product and communication strategies.
  • Create marketing and product texts, including cost & service options for Air & Oceanfreight services, along other Logistics solutions.
  • Provide marketing support and services for “M+R” product managers and the Sales Department.



  • Bi-Lingual, written and verbal in English and Spanish. Knowledge of Portuguese is an advantage.
  • Education in marketing, communication, project management and 2+ years of experience.
  • “Creative mind” along with good interpersonal and communications skills.
  • High affinity and know-how in Logistics, Air & Seafreight services and International Trade.
  • Work remote (WFH) and assist video conferences involving different time zones (Asia, US, LATAM).
  • Excellent know-how with a CRM platform, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, Word and LinkedIn.
