Spedag Interfreight Uganda celebrating amalgamation

Celebrating the amalgamation of the former Spedag East Africa and Interfreight East Africa companies and the formation of the new Spedag Interfreight
 
On 24 November 2011, a celebration was held in Uganda to mark the amalgamation of the former Spedag (Uganda) Ltd. and Interfreight Uganda Ltd. into the new Spedag Interfreight Uganda Ltd.

Some 350 guest, including clients and partners of Spedag Interfreight, attended the celebration held at the company's facilities in Nakawa, Kampala. Special attendants included Mr. Daniel Richner, Chairman of the Board of the M+R Spedag Group of companies as well as the Swiss Honorary Consul to Uganda, Ms. Romina Koehler.

Details about the amalgamation and the new company were presented to the local press during a press conference in the morning of the same day.
