Frozen food logistics in Beijing

M+R Spedag delivers pastry products in and around Beijing
 
Swiss Gastro, the first and so far only large scale producer of top quality European bakery products for the Chinese market, has chosen M+R Spedag as their logistics partner for warehousing and delivery. The company is focusing on pre-baked and frozen bakery items that are produced in the newly built factory in the North East of Beijing, and is projecting a daily output of 90,000 freshly baked breads, pastries, croissants and rolls. Swiss Gastro caters to hotels, restaurants, airline catering companies and retailers in Beijing and the whole of China.

The frozen items are stored in M+R Spedag's cold storage warehouse in Beijing, and are distributed to recipients using specially equipped reefer trucks.
